200 gm Dark Chocolate
50 gm Butter
500 gm Cream Cheese
250 gm Caster Sugar
50 gm Cocoa Powder
5 Leaves of Gelatine
Line the base of flan tin with digestive biscuit base.
Melt together the butter, chocolate and sugar.
Remove from the heat and add the cheese and cocoa and beat together well.
Add the dissolved gelatine and pour into the prepared tin.
Chill well for at least three hour until set firm.
